The olives cultivatioin
The olives is a Mediterranean plant; therefore it needs plenty of light, air and a mass of leaves to
give excellent yield.
For this reason the Buršić family has chosen pot planting in the early stages. This is very time consuming, however
the results are exceptional and the
quality of oil is unique.
