Buršić Olive Groves
The family Buršić olive groves are located on the North West of Istria, more precisely, south of Verteneglio, towards the Valley of Quieto Where we find a
picturesque village of Villanova, known by
its great farming industry.
In the interlacing of nature, through the red and white colours of the soil, grow the interesting olive trees, situated 100 meters above the sea level.
They are spreading from year to year, with the emphasis and cultivation of the typical Istrian olive. The prevalent varietes in the established olive groves are the Istria bianchera, leccino and pendolino.
